6.2 Nature of Outputs

The tool may generate or display scores, summaries, suggestions, red flags, benchmark comparisons, authenticity-related indicators, consistency-related indicators, employer verification signals, role alignment analysis, or similar outputs. These outputs are intended to support human review and workflow efficiency. You remain solely responsible for reviewing the outputs and applying independent judgment before taking action.

6.3 Authenticity Risk and Similar Indicators

Any authenticity-related, credibility-related, template-related, or similar signal is an analytical indicator intended to support screening and review. Such outputs are not definitive statements of fact and are not presented as conclusive proof of falsification, fraud, AI generation, manipulation, misrepresentation, or misconduct. They are intended to help identify patterns, inconsistencies, or areas that may merit additional recruiter review.

6.4 CV vs LinkedIn Consistency

Any CV vs LinkedIn comparison is based on the content provided to the tool by the user. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such comparisons are generated from supplied inputs and are intended to support recruiter review and consistency assessment.

6.5 Employer Verification and Related Signals

Any employer verification, employer footprint, employer presence, or similar output is intended to help users assess whether listed organizations appear to have a credible external footprint or supporting signals relevant to screening workflows. These outputs are provided for recruiter support purposes and do not constitute legal, corporate, financial, or investigative certification of any company or employer.

6.6 Benchmarks and Comparisons

Where benchmark or comparison features are used, outputs depend on the quality, completeness, and relevance of the benchmark data, job description, profile text, and other materials submitted by the user.

6.7 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the tool, how you interpret the outputs, and how you use any resulting report in your internal workflow. You must ensure that your use of the tool complies with all applicable labor, employment, anti-discrimination, privacy, data protection, and AI-related laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6.8 Fair and Lawful Use

You agree not to use the CV Insights Tool in any unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or abusive way. You may not use the tool to support prohibited employment practices or unlawful automated decision-making.

7. Plans, Paid Features, and Access Levels
