Aspirock is an Employer of Record. We become the legal employer so companies can hire, pay and manage people in countries where they have no entity of their own, without setting one up.

We cover 70+ countries and operate from six of our own offices. Most of our work sits in the harder markets: the Gulf, the wider Middle East and the places where payroll, statutory registration and getting people on the ground are genuinely difficult. In Saudi Arabia we operate through our own licensed entity, with direct GOSI and Mudad capability and a Platinum Nitaqat grading. In the UAE we hold full MOHRE registration.

Project teams being mobilised into a region against a deadline, where onboarding time is the real constraint.
