6. CV Insights Tool – Important Terms

The CV Insights Tool is a decision-support tool only. It does not make hiring decisions on your behalf and must not be used as the sole basis for employment, rejection, promotion, compensation, or any other high-impact decision affecting an individual.

6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

The tool may generate summaries, scores, recommendations, consistency checks, red flags, benchmark comparisons, and other outputs using automated systems and AI-based processing. These outputs are informative estimates only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent.

6.3 Authenticity / Template Likelihood

Any “Authenticity / Template Likelihood” or similar signal is a heuristic indicator only. It is intended to highlight potentially generic, repetitive, or template-like patterns in submitted text. It is not proof that a CV was generated by AI, copied, falsified, or otherwise manipulated.

6.4 CV vs LinkedIn Consistency

Any CV vs LinkedIn comparison is based solely on the text provided by the user. We do not guarantee the completeness, correctness, or authenticity of that comparison, and no scraping or independent verification of third-party platforms is implied unless expressly stated.

6.5 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs and exercising independent human judgment before taking any action. You must ensure that your use of the tool complies with all applicable labor, employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and AI-related laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6.6 Fair and Lawful Use

We do not generally provide refunds for unused credits, partially used credits, change of mind, or failure to use the service after delivery.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including verified duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, confirmed technical failure on our side that prevents proper delivery of the purchased service, or where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
